“The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2″ comes out next month, and I ain’t gonna lie — I’m pretty excited. The first movie was at times cute and at other times touching, and I’ve read and enjoyed all four books in the series from which the films are based. That doesn’t mean I don’t have reservations though. The biggest concern is about the plot. The first film rather faithfully adapted the first book, and from what I can tell, the sequel will be mostly about book 4 (with presumably voiceover work to catch viewers up on the changes in the characters’ lives).
